Accident Reporting (RIDDOR)
(Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995)
 
All reportable accidents should be reported through the Incident Contact Centre (ICC) based at  Caerphilly.

Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers
 
The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992 requires that the person who has, to any extent, the control of a premises where a notifiable device (wet cooling tower or evaporative condenser) is situated, shall notify the Local Authority in whose area the premises is situated. The notification form can be obtained by using the link at the bottom of the page (and printing it out) or by contacting your local Environmental Health Department.
 
 
OSR1 form
 
Any business involved in Office or shop work that employs staff, is required by Section 49 of the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act 1963 and the Notification of Employment of Persons Order 1964, to complete the OSR1 Form in order to notify the Local Authority
 
This form can be obtained by using the link in the menu on the left (and printing it out) or by contacting your local Environmental Health Department.
 
Similar requirement exists for notification to HSE of employment in factories etc; please contact the HSE for a form.
